Kamrat e.U. respects and values your privacy. This Privacy Policy details the Personal Data collected, how it is processed and used, and your rights regarding that data. This privacy policy is part of our terms of agreement that you must accept when you use my website, sign up for my services, subscribe to my newsletter, fill my voluntary forms issued by me, and/or communicate with me via email.
I collect personal data from individual employees of my customers and other companies and networks, which I wish to have and with which I already have an existing business relationship. This extends to suppliers, partners, event attendees, and job candidates, which is necessary for my legitimate interests.
Personal data collected is mainly your name, email, phone number, the company you work for, and position and any other information you provide to me via questionnaires on the website, hosted events, or by contacting me via email. I also collect non-personal information, such as anonymous user data covered further down in the Privacy Policy page.
The purpose of collecting the personal data is to be able to communicate with you as a potential, existing or former customer or partner, to execute agreements between me and you, or to process a job application or other type of inquiry from you.
I collect personal data via the contact form on the website, newsletter subscriptions, calendar booking apps (Cal, Calendly), email, telephone, events, or messages via social media. I also collect information about the use of my website (e.g. user patterns). Other forms of communication may also occur.
I collect and store anonymous user data via optional cookies that can be declined and deleted. Cookies are small text files that are stored in your browser when you load a website. If you accept the use of cookies on Kamrat e.U.'s website, they will be used to collect information about how you use my website.
You can prevent such cookies from being saved by changing your browser's settings or adjusting your cookie settings at the bottom of the page. However, this might impact the functioning of the pages. Additionally, cookies can at any time be deleted through your browser or file manager.
The information from cookies is used to analyse the use of my websites and landing pages. Examples of the type of statistics collected are the date and time of your visit, the duration of your visit, the content of your request (i.e., the specific site/page you visit), the website that referred you, which pages you visit on our website, your behaviour on the individual pages, your browser type and version, as well as your operating system. Kamrat e.U. prioritises personal integrity and therefore works actively so that your Personal Data is processed with utmost care. I will only use information by which individuals can be identified (“Personal Data”) in accordance with this policy. To prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, Kamrat e.U. has therefore put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure Personal Data collected.
For customers, suppliers, partners and other contacts, the information will be stored and data retained for as long as necessary to fulfil my contractual obligations and as long as I have an ongoing relationship with you, based on my legitimate interest.
Personal Data is transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA (third countries) when the software services require this (for example, when using American software hosted in the USA). In accordance with the Personal Data Act, data that is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was stored must be deleted. I store the personal data I collect in accordance with the legislation in force at any given time. You may at any time request the deletion of all personal information I hold about you, with the exception of information that I am required or obliged to retain in accordance with applicable regulations, or that I need to have access to in order to perform and maintain an agreement with you.
Some sharing of personal data is necessary in order to operate my business. This will typically be IT suppliers, accounting/auditing, consulting and statutory reporting to authorities. The website is hosted by Notion.com. I use the following data processing services: Stripe, Claap, Miro, TypeForm, Airtable, Google Suite, Slack, Asana, Notion, Make, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, Hotjar, Sendgrid, Cal.
You have the right to request access to, correction or deletion of your own personal data, and to request how I use your personal data. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and to restrict the processing of your personal data. You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured and machine-readable format.
If the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent or exercise your rights mentioned above by contacting me at max@kamrat.io.
Occasionally, Kamrat e.U. might utilise Personal Data in ways not initially mentioned in this policy. However, any new usage will align with the original purpose of collecting the Personal Data. If its practices regarding Personal Data change at some time in the future, Kamrat e.U. will notify you of these changes.
